The Production floater serves as a fill in for cable cutting, wire cutting, over-molding and all processes of “gun” assembly, as needed based on business demands. The floater is required to perform all tasks involved in the function of cable and wire cutting, over molding and gun assembly. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday 7am-5:30pm. This position requires reliable attendance and punctuality.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education and Experience
1-year production experience preferred.
