Our client that specializes in quality office furniture is looking for a Market Research Assistant in their Alpharetta location. This job includes conducting detailed research as directed by the marketing manager, analyzing the data collected, determining marketing opportunities and problems, handling correspondence for the different projects, communicating with stakeholders, dealing with logistics, preparing documentation for research, and generally evaluating marketing actions.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative research, such as industry-specific market research. 

  • Participating in marketing and sales meetings

  • Writing, formatting, and editing copy for reports, white papers, surveys, email communications, and the company website as well as all other forms of online branding opportunities. 

  • Assisting with pie charts and spreadsheets in Excel

  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations


Required Qualifications :

  • Proficient in MSOffice

  • Knowledge of the association industry or eagerness to learn about it;

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, innovative, collaborative, and professional environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong written and communication skills;

  • College degree preferred.

What You Can Expect

  • Pay rate: $20.50 per hour 

  • 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
