Job Description :

This is a great opportunity to work with a growing family owned company. . We are looking for an organized people person with an administrative background.  This position will be working with the HR department and taking care of the reception duties. The job duties will include but not be limited to the following:


Work directly for the HR manager and the owner. 

Answer phones.

Scanning documents into the HR software


Data Entry

Assist with special projects for the owner

Greeting people and applicants


Hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM

Pay starts at $15/hour

Must have a high school diploma, 

Must be able to pass a background check.

This is a drug free workplace

Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Required Qualifications :
 1 to 3 years of office administrative experience.
