Job Description :









We are looking for an office assistant for a local construction company.  This is a family owned company located here in Lakeland. If you want to help build your resume and get some experience, this would be a good position for you.   




Responsibilities:




Answering phones


Sorting mail


Filing


Data Entry


Plus anything else the supervisor needs you to do.





Qualifications:




Microsoft Office Knowledge- Word and Outlook, EXCEL a plus 


Proper phone etiquette is a must


Friendly/Outgoing personality as you will be answering customer calls




MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screen





This is a temporary position for 3 to 4 months. Mon - Fri 8am-5pm




Starting Pay is $13-$14/hour.
